KAREN DOCHERTY
With a long-time working in the legal and financial industry, Karen is now excited to bring her compassion to Osteostrong! Karen brings her own life experience to share and support the community. Osteostrong has helped Karen with bone density, strength, balance, joint and back pain, and endurance. Her passion for Osteostrong extends from her deep desire to help others regain and maintain their physical freedom to help live a more natural way of life! In her spare time, you can catch Karen and her husband Brian watch their teenage children’s sports activities. Enjoying family life, reading books about health and wellness, shopping, and walking their Red Golden Retriever and White Morkie. Karen is extremely excited to introduce Strongsville and the local communities to Osteostrong!
SuZIE Diberardino
Assistant Specialist at OsteoStrong with a long-time career in the fitness industry and personal training. Has a several years in nutrition and health wellness to help others. Enjoy helping others nutrition support and fitness strength. OsteoStrong is perfect fit improving bones to go with the fitness and nutrition. When not training at the gym enjoy traveling and spending time with my husband, family, and dog.

Assistant Specialist at OsteoStrong with 25 years in the community as retail management at Pat Catan’s. Throughout his career always love fitness and completed his personal training certification last year. His personal training can be tailored to all ages. He enjoys and passion helping others reach their potential fitness goals. During his free time, likes spending time with his family, friends, and sporting events.

Assistant Specialist at OsteoStrong with 21 years previously in the telecommunication industry. She enjoys working with the public and helping others with their health journey. In her free time you’ll find her with husband Jim, son Spencer, and new addition Cooper the puppy out on lake Erie boating. She is especially excited to be a new addition to the Strongsville OsteoStrong team.

Enthusiastic to help others improve their lives and the community we share at the center. When not at the center enjoy spending time with her professional bowler Mike, family, and at the lake.

Assistant Specialist at OsteoStrong with a long-time career in the retail industry. Has a passion in health wellness, natural food, and supplements. It all started with making homemade yogurt with her grandmother. Traditional continue with her mother making homemade soap, natural smoothies, and eating wholesome natural foods. Kristy, enjoys the passion of sharing her knowledge with healthy food and supplements. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her husband, family, hiking, camping, and babysitting grand dog.
