Mike Brock
Mike Brock has decades of experience in athletics, business, and ministry. Originally from Lubbock, he and his wife of 37 years, Tracey, left Lubbock in 1989 to pursue full-time ministry and counseling, only to return in 2024 to spend their best years in the Hub City among the Faithful Red & Black!!! Wreck ‘em!!!
They both enjoy pickleball, water and snow skiing, going to Tech games, and spending time with their grandkids as “Lolly & Poppy”. They have 3 married children, two granddaughters, and two grandsons on the way!
Tracey was a member of Osteostrong when they lived in Austin, Tx. After conversations with Dr Ben Edwards of Lubbock, they were convinced that Lubbock needed their own Osteostrong. They are excited to bring new strength and vigor to those seeking to get healthier naturally.
They love their church home, City Church, where they are involved in home groups, Children’s ministry, and Women’s Ministry. Tracey, a licensed marriage and trauma therapist, has a weekly podcast.
Mike loves coaching, fishing, being a dad and granddad, and has written a book for dads.
