OLIVIER DOMOND (Co-Owner)

Olivier is driven by a desire to make a lasting impact on people’s lives by helping them unlock their full potential through better health. His journey began in a prestigious science research program in high school, where he developed a strong foundation in scientific inquiry and innovation. Olivier was accepted into NYU Tandon School of Engineering before ultimately transitioning to study business at LIU, combining his technical knowledge with strategic thinking. As co-owner of OsteoStrong Greenwich, Olivier leverages his diverse background to offer members cutting-edge solutions for improving bone density and overall well-being. His commitment to excellence ensures that every member experiences personalized care on their path to better health.

ALEX DOMOND (Co-Owner)

Alex is a finance professional based in New York who discovered OsteoStrong in late 2023 after dealing with side effects from a pharmaceutical osteoporosis medication. She joined as a member upon learning about the scientific principles behind OsteoStrong. When the opportunity arose to own OsteoStrong Greenwich, Alex embraced it as a chance to collaborate with her son, Olivier, on this entrepreneurial venture. Her mission is to empower others to maintain strength and independence into old age. Alex holds a BA from Universität zu Köln in Germany and an MBA in Business Management from Fordham University in New York.

SIMONE PENNELLA (Manager)

Simone Pennella holds a law degree from Brazil and has extensive experience in management and customer service, bringing a well-rounded professional background to her role at OsteoStrong. Simone’s goal at OsteoStrong is to help members achieve their wellness goals and to make a positive impact every day. For the past six years, she has volunteered at Yale School of Medicine and leads a support group for the National Alopecia Areata Foundation. A dedicated mother of three, she balances her family life with a strong commitment to community involvement. In her personal time, she enjoys reading and spending time with loved ones.

MARY GALLARY (Session Coach)

Mary Gallary holds a degree in Psychology and Sociology from Union College and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology. She is deeply committed to helping individuals improve their health and well-being, especially those with significant medical conditions. Mary’s experience as a clinical student at a therapeutic farm in Bedford, NY, where she provided equine-based therapy to children with verbal and physical impairments, has shaped her empathetic and holistic approach to client care. At OsteoStrong, she enjoys guiding clients toward their health goals and appreciates working in a supportive, like-minded team. Outside of work, Mary finds joy in being with horses and running on the beach.

LISA LEVINSON (Session Coach)

Lisa Levinson joined OsteoStrong Greenwich as a member in 2018 to improve her bone density naturally. After seeing life-changing results that extended far beyond just bone health, including increased strength and overall vitality, she became a coach to help others experience the same transformation. With a professional background in healthcare, focusing on physical rehabilitation and goal setting, Lisa brings a unique perspective to the OsteoStrong team. Outside of OsteoStrong, she enjoys exploring nature, personal development, and discovering new ways to promote a healthy body and mind.
