OsteoStrong is a unique place where you can go to improve your overall health by focusing on the one thing we all have in common: a skeletal system. At the OsteoStrong Willoughby Center, we will work with you to help you experience a positive change to your skeletal system you will see and feel as you improve your bone density, muscular strength, balance, and overall health!

MATT FAFRAK
Matt has been married to co-owner Tori since 2018, and they have a 6 year old daughter and new baby boy. Since 2002, he has owned a service business for Hydromassage products and tanning products called Hydrotherapy Plus. This business facilitated a connection to Osteostrong over the last several years. After experiencing back pain relief by becoming a member, he became a raving fan! Several years would pass until this love eventually led to acquiring the Osteostrong Willoughby location in April 2024. When he is not on dad duty or managing business needs, he is the assistant music director at St. Barnabas Catholic Church in Northfield, Ohio. Matt cannot wait to continue helping the existing Willoughby members achieve their wellness goals and is excited to grow the community as well
TORI FAFRAK
With husband and co-owner Matt, Tori enjoys parenting their daughter and supporting Hydrotherapy Plus in an advisory capacity. In addition, Tori owns Eco Scentsations which launched in 2020. Eco Scentsations produces nontoxic, eco-friendly candles with a mission to end child trafficking. Before entering these business roles, Tori worked as a licensed professional environmental engineer both in the private and public sectors of the wastewater treatment following her graduation from the University of Dayton’s chemical engineering program in 2013. She shares the same enthusiasm as Matt in desiring to support the existing Osteostrong Willoughby members continue to be Osteo-“strong” and add more members to the location’s family.
BARB BONFANTI
Coach Barb started off as a client in 2016 and ended up being hired in 2017 after she retired from her full time job of 41 years. She thinks Osteostrong is the perfect retirement job! She loves her clients she coaches as she celebrates along with them when health and osteoporosis goals are met. She believes she is helping people and there is not much better than that! Her favorite activities include golf, travel and spending with her family.
TARA BAIRD
As a busy wife and mom of two, Center Manager Tara has learned how important it is to make her health a priority. She loves staying active, traveling, racing cars, crocheting, and spending time outdoors and with her family. Focusing on her personal health and wellness has completely changed how she shows up for others and her family. She is passionate about helping others feel strong, confident, and at their best too.
ALLIE BYRNE
Allie brings her years of experience in massage therapy, personal training, and bodybuilding to the team in Willoughby. She first heard of Osteostrong when her mom was a member and was able to see real results. Following a decade long career as a carrier for USPS, she sought a job that would allow her to care for her own health while helping others. In her free time, she loves to sing, be a mom, cook, spend time in nature, and learn about new things that spark her interest.
KATIE HODGE
Coach Katie has a background in caregiving and a genuine passion for helping others feel stronger and more capable in their bodies. She is especially interested in mindful movement, nervous system health, and building sustainable wellness habits. As a mom and someone who loves spending time in nature, she believes in a grounded, balanced approach to health. Currently she is working toward opening her own yoga studio with a focus on nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and holistic care.
