Matt is a veteran, having started and ended his twenty-two year career at the Air Force Academy with the Wings of Blue parachute team. He served in special operations before going on to instruct in the F-4 Phantom, fly combat missions in the F-15C Eagle, and perform duties as an Air Force One Advance Agent. Matt enjoys family travels, flying, performing skydiving demonstrations, and helping lead a Scout Troop. Health, fitness, and living “younger longer” are long-time passions he looks forward to sharing with others through OsteoStrong.
Sissy is a lifelong fitness instructor, personal trainer, and manager. Certified to teach step, spin, yoga, and body pump; she has managed athletic clubs and fitness programs and now coaches club swimming. Sissy, a finisher of two Iron Man Triathlons and a fifty-mile overland running race, enjoys open-water swimming and the energizing effects of OsteoStrong’s great modalities. A long time sufferer of chronic pain, Sissy found relief after just a few OsteoStrong sessions. She believes wholeheartedly you’ll also feel better and younger with OsteoStrong.
Both in their fifties, Matt and Sissy believe treating their bodies well allows for a more active, happy, and fulfilling life.
