Sherri Orso – Owner

Sherri is a native Mobilian who has been serving the Mobile community in healthcare since 1999. She is a Registered Nurse with a certificate in Nurse Coaching who is passionate about caring for the wellbeing of her community. Sherri joined OsteoStrong in 2025. Within six months was feeling stronger and better than she had in years, and she made the leap to become an owner. Sherri is so excited to share OsteoStrong and all its benefits with her community.

Ian Miller – Manager and Certified Session Coach

Ian is originally from the small but beautiful island of Jamaica, Ian has over 25+ years experience in the health and wellness industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and related Science and a Associates in Pre Medicine. He also holds multiple certifications in fitness and massage therapy. Ian has a passion and love for people, helping them to achieve the best version of themselves.

Giselle Naef – Certified Session Coach

Giselle, is originally from Spanish Fort, Al and has a background of competitive dance and gymnastics. Giselle has a deep and wide adoration for the arts; anything ranging from literature, to drama, to dance she loves it all. Giselle enjoys the relationships she has created at Osteostrong and has a strong passion for helping anyone who crosses her path!

Adam Donahue – Certified Session Coach

Adam is from the West Coast and has a heart for helping people improve their health through coaching. He has worked in the film industry and now enjoys using his skills to make videos sharing the life-changing benefits of OsteoStrong. He is a certified black belt in Taekwondo and previously worked as an optician.
