TEAM OSTEOSTRONG Dartmouth

Meet Stacy Costa
Before opening OsteoStrong Dartmouth, Stacy spent years serving the SouthCoast community in real estate leadership, supporting agents as they guided families through important life decisions and building deep connections along the way. Her passion for wellness began long before OsteoStrong—rooted in her lifelong study of ballet, ballroom dance, and yoga, where she developed a strong appreciation for posture, balance, and how the body moves and strengthens. Stacy is also active in local advocacy, including community efforts to raise awareness and support women living with endometriosis. This work reinforced her belief that everyone deserves access to effective, supportive ways to feel stronger in their own body. When Stacy discovered the benefits of osteogenic loading, she knew it was something she wanted to bring home. OsteoStrong Dartmouth reflects her commitment to creating a welcoming, encouraging space where members can improve their bone strength, balance, and overall vitality—no matter their age or starting point.

Doreen Ledoux, RN – Certified OsteoStrong Coach
Doreen Ledoux brings more than 50 years of experience in the medical field to her role as a Certified OsteoStrong Coach. A registered nurse throughout her career, she most recently served as the Executive Director of an assisted living facility, where she dedicated many years to supporting the health, safety, and quality of life of older adults. Doreen has spent her professional life helping people maintain independence, strength, and dignity as they age. Her extensive clinical background gives her a deep understanding of the challenges that bone loss, balance issues, and muscle weakness can create for individuals and families. Unfortunately, she has seen the loss of independence after just one fall. She believes strongly in the OsteoStrong program and is excited to help members safely build bone density, improve strength, and enhance their overall well-being. Outside of the center, Doreen enjoys walking, photography, traveling, gardening, the beach, and spending time with her family.
