I am honored and lucky to be part of the OsteoStrong movement and organization. After spending 25 years in operations focused leadership roles, I had a calling to do more. When I came across the opportunity to open Wisconsin’s first OsteoStrong location, I was thrilled and made the leap out of the corporate world and into this new endeavor, and I could not be happier. I have always had a passion around health and fitness and now I am making it my mission to help you with your bone health, muscle strength, and your overall quality of life and I can’t wait to see how I can help you.

I am more than excited to join Ben on this thrilling journey. Throughout my life, I have always gravitated towards leading, coaching, and mentoring. To combine that passion with this opportunity to share something healthy and positive with our communities is such an amazing combination. I have known Ben for almost 25 years, and the chance to partner with a friend while providing beneficial, positive changes is extremely rewarding. I know we will do all we can to develop an amazing team, give back to our community, and help our members gain strength again. It is amazing to watch people gain confidence, improve strength, and develop mobility that leads to an exciting, fun filled life!
