Owner Carrie Harrison MHS PT
Carrie Harrison has embarked on an exciting entrepreneurial journey as the proud owner of OsteoStrong Chesterfield, Missouri. Following a long and fulfilling career in the St. Louis healthcare community, Carrie is thrilled to dive into the biohacking and longevity space. She has been deeply impressed by the life-changing transformations observed at OsteoStrong over the past two years in her roles as a session coach and operations manager.
Carrie’s physical therapy clinical training, coupled with her passion for fitness and wellness, has equipped her with the expertise to help unlock strength and improve overall well-being in the St. Louis community. Her entrepreneurial spirit, business acumen and deep spirituality further support her mission to serve members of all fitness and athletic abilities.
Carrie received her undergraduate degree in physical therapy from St. Louis University and her master’s degree from Washington University. She is dedicated to combining her educational background and professional experiences to foster health and vitality among OsteoStrong members.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Carrie is a devoted wife to Kevin and a loving mother to Conner, Cooper, and Callie. Her family is an integral part of her life, offering support and joy in her entrepreneurial journey. The Harrisons are avid football fans and love watching sports together. Carrie is an avid runner and has completed 5 marathons including the Boston Marathon. She compliments her endurance training with weightlifting. She also enjoys traveling, cooking, playing golf, reading and is a wine enthusiast.
Coach Barb
Barb Putnam embarked on her journey with OsteoStrong in October 2016, initially joining to improve her osteoporosis. Her dedication to health and wellness led her to become a session coach in February 2022, where she passionately helps clients seeking to enhance their health for various reasons. Barb delights in working with clients, forging friendships, and sharing her enthusiasm for healthy living through exercise and nutrition.
Barb treasures the opportunity to work alongside her daughter Erin at OsteoStrong, fostering a supportive and loving environment. She is always on the lookout for new ways to promote healthy lifestyles, both for herself and for those she coaches.
Prior to her tenure at Osteostrong, Barb retired as a registered nurse in 2018, bringing a wealth of experience and care to her current role. She is a proud mother of four children and a grandmother to five grandchildren, cherishing every moment spent with her family.
In her leisure time, Barb enjoys playing pickleball with family and friends, blending fun and physical activity. Her commitment to health, family, and community continues to inspire those around her, making her a valued and beloved member of the OsteoStrong team.
Coach Erin
Erin, a devoted wife to Steve for 25 years and a loving mother to Will, Gavin, Annie, and their golden retriever Chase, has lived in the picturesque city of Wildwood for the past 13 years. Her family is her anchor, and the joy of motherhood radiates through her life.
Erin’s passion for the human body, exercise physiology, and personal training led her to embark on her OsteoStrong journey, initially as a coach and subsequently as an owner from 2019 to 2025. Her background in exercise science, with a Bachelor of Science degree from Truman State University, has equipped her with the knowledge and expertise to help her community maintain their strength as they age. Erin’s goal is to empower those around her to enjoy their passions for years to come, ensuring they have the freedom and vitality to live life to the fullest.
Erin’s enthusiasm for health and wellness is evident in her diverse interests. She is an avid traveler, cook, gardener, hiker, and camper, reveling in everything the great outdoors has to offer. Her love for nature and active living is a testament to her commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
The dedication of Erin’s members at OsteoStrong serves as a constant source of inspiration. Their perseverance in staying healthy and their zest for life fuel her motivation every day. Erin’s journey in the health and wellness industry continues to be driven by her unwavering passion to support and uplift her community.
Coach Maureen
Maureen is a dedicated member-turned-employee of OsteoStrong, with over six years of commitment to the organization. Her journey began at the Clayton OsteoStrong, later transitioning to the Chesterfield location, and ultimately joining the Chesterfield site team as a coach.
Maureen’s personal experience with osteopenia, diagnosed over six years ago following a slow-healing tibial stress fracture, sparked her belief in OsteoStrong. Her initial Dexa scan revealed osteopenia, and subsequent scans have shown significant improvement, affirming her faith in the OsteoStrong program.
For the past 30 years, Maureen has been a devoted stay-at-home mom, raising four wonderful and successful daughters, three of whom reside locally. Her family is her greatest treasure, and she is also blessed with three grandchildren who bring immense joy to her life.
Her involvement with OsteoStrong has deepened her passion for fitness and weightlifting, and she has developed a keen interest in the importance of maintaining bone health as we age. In 2024, Maureen earned her personal training certification from NASM, primarily to expand her own knowledge. She eagerly anticipates sharing her insights on fitness and bone health with others, fostering connections within her community, and building lasting friendships.
Coach Erle
Erle, a proud native of St. Louis, has built a life filled with family, professional dedication, and personal passions. She is the mother of two grown sons, each of whom has carved out distinctive and successful paths. Donald, her eldest, works in supply chain management at Austal Shipbuilding and resides in Alabama with his wife Rachel and their four children: Bella (18), James (16), Teddy (2), and Jack (2 months). Her younger son, John, owns a video production company and currently lives in Pennsylvania, with plans to relocate to Texas.
Erle’s journey with OsteoStrong began in February 2020 when she discovered the program through an advertisement offering a free session. Motivated by her grandmother’s battle with osteoporosis, she joined and quickly recognized the profound benefits of the program. Her belief in OsteoStrong’s mission deepened over her first year as a member, inspiring her to become a session coach during the summer of 2021. Four years later, Erle remains passionately committed to her role, finding immense joy in helping members enhance their balance and agility.
Seeing members grow stronger each week on OsteoStrong’s patented machines is a source of great satisfaction for Erle. Her dedication to the health and wellness of her community is evident in her daily interactions and the positive outcomes she witnesses.
Beyond her professional life, Erle enjoys a variety of activities that enrich her personal time. She takes pleasure in gardening, hiking, traveling, and spending quality moments with her family and her boyfriend, Jimmy.
