At the OsteoStrong Mooresville Center, we will work with you to help you experience a positive change to your skeletal system you will see and feel as you improve your bone density, muscular strength, balance, and overall health!

I am originally from Charlotte, but have lived in the Lake Norman area all of my adult life. I graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in Athletic Training. I have been serving people in the health and fitness industry for the last 10 years. My passion for helping people live their best lives, is what drew me to OsteoStrong. Learning more about bone health has become very near and dear to my heart after seeing loved ones suffer from Osteoporosis and mobility issues.
When I am not working, you will likely find me with my husband (Rob) and 3 kids (ages 23, 21, 13) or cheering on the Tarheels!
