ABOUT OSTEOSTRONG North Asheville
OsteoStrong is a unique place where you can go to improve your overall health by focusing on the one thing we all have in common: a skeletal system. At the OsteoStrong North Asheville Center, we will work with you to help you experience a positive change to your skeletal system you will see and feel as you improve your bone density, muscular strength, balance, and overall health!
Osteogenic loading sessions occur weekly on a 4-device circuit, with each session requiring just 10-15 minutes for completion. Our friendly coaches guide members through controlled movements on each device, stimulating the central nervous system to initiate osteogenesis, which is the promotion of new bone growth.
The devices employed are equipped with sensors offering instant feedback, precisely measuring the force exerted in pounds and multiples of the user’s body weight. This real-time data is crucial for determining which specific osteogenic triggers have been activated during each session.
Furthermore, a meticulous record of this data is maintained and compiled into a comprehensive report. Following each session, members receive an email containing a detailed overview of their progress and the specific osteogenic triggers achieved. This feedback and tracking system empowers members to effectively monitor and assess their bone growth journey.

Emily Zanto, Owner
Emily comes from a career as an Engineer in the Alaska Oil Industry where she spent many years sitting in front of a computer with poor posture for extended periods of time, developing neck, back and hip pain. She originally became interested in OsteoStrong when it opened in Anchorage, AK in late 2023 and joined as a means to alleviate that pain. She then discovered that she has Osteopenia in her femoral neck bone. Using the OsteoStrong system as a member, she was able to improve her bone health and alleviate the pain but decided that rather than continuing a career in Engineering, requiring extensive hours in front of a computer, she would become a franchisee and not only maintain her own pain free body, while correcting her bone density issues, but provide a means for others to do so as well. And while she was making big life changes, she decided to relocate to Asheville, NC to open up her center so she could still enjoy being near mountains, but have significantly less snow and warmer weather!
Luke BALL, CENTER MANAGER
Luke has lived in Asheville for 20 years and enjoys the outdoors. Luke played college lacrosse and is still feeling the effects from it. He suffers from back pain and found that Osteostrong made all the difference. Before joining Osteostrong, he was a Bar Manager and spent most days standing with poor posture, lifting kegs and sitting at a desk. He decided to do something about it and joined the Osteostrong team. He is excited to build a community committed to achieving goals.
