Born and raised in Hawaiʻi, Tim has always embraced an active lifestyle and is passionate about helping others stay strong and healthy. An avid waterman, he understands firsthand the importance of maintaining strength and resilience to continue doing the activities he loves most.
Tim was introduced to OsteoStrong through his late wife, Michelle, who experienced great success at the center and was able to reverse her osteopenia. Inspired by her results and the life-changing impact of skeletal strength conditioning, Tim is dedicated to helping others improve their bone health and overall well-being.
A proud graduate of Kamehameha Schools (Class of ’91), Tim brings more than 30 years of management experience to his role. He is committed to building strong teams, strong communities, and stronger bodies through OsteoStrong.

Her professional work reflects her deep commitment to creating healthier, more resilient communities across Hawaiʻi.
A former collegiate rugby athlete and surfer, Maʻili understands the importance of strength, balance, and long-term wellness. She is excited to work alongside her dad, Tim, to help others build strength, improve bone health, and enhance their overall resilience through OsteoStrong.

Artak Halajyan
Artak was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and followed a heartfelt calling to move to Hawaii in April 2025. With a lifelong background in athletics, sports rehabilitation, and personal training, his commitment to health and performance has always been more than a profession — it’s a purpose.
Artak believes true wellness is built on four foundational pillars: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. To him, strength is not just about the body — it’s about cultivating clarity of mind, emotional resilience, and a deep connection to something greater than yourself. His philosophy begins with the fundamentals: intelligent exercise, proper nutrition, quality sleep, grounding, and consistent recovery practices that support long-term vitality.
With over six years at OsteoStrong, Artak is deeply committed to helping members improve their bone density, restore strength and balance, and elevate their overall quality of life. His mission is simple yet powerful — to help people move better, feel stronger, and live with confidence at every stage of life.
Outside the studio, you’ll most likely find Artak in the ocean catching waves. Surfing is his therapy, his meditation, and his connection to nature. A fun fact: he’s also an incredible Krump dancer, bringing that same passion, rhythm, and high-level energy into everything he does — both in and out of the center.
