Carmen Mize, Owner

Carmen is Owner of OsteoStrong Midtown Dallas and a health-minded entrepreneur.  With a passion for promoting overall well-being and a strong background in health and wellness, Carmen is dedicated to helping individuals improve their musculoskeletal health, share her knowledge of biohacking wellness modalities, and find balance in their overall lives.

Carmen understands the importance of a holistic approach to maintaining a strong mind and body. She believes that a combination of osteogenic loading, wellness modalities, proper nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle adjustments can significantly enhance bone density and help prevent bone-related issues.

Her warm and compassionate approach creates a nurturing environment where OsteoStrong members feel motivated and empowered to take control of their health.

Carmen’s ultimate goal is to raise awareness about the importance of bone health and empower individuals to make informed choices for their overall well-being. By combining her passion for wellness with her entrepreneurial spirit, she is making a positive impact on the lives of OsteoStrong members and the community as a whole.

Delsy Mattey, Center Manager

Delsy is a wellness-focused with a background in healthcare and fitness management, as well as chaplaincy.  Delsy is dedicated to guiding individuals with resources and support at OsteoStrong to improve their bone health and set a path for a stronger body, high quality of life and longevity.

Delsy works closely with OsteoStrong Midtown Dallas’ Owner and Session Coaches to support members seeking to improve their bone health, muscular strength, balance, athletic performance, and a balanced body and mind.

She enjoys staying up to date with the latest research and advancements in bone health, wellness modalities such as JOOVV Redlight, BioCharger, Normatec, BrainTap, and VibePlate, and supplements that enhance health and recovery.  This allows her to provide evidence-based recommendations and guidance to members, helping them make informed decisions about their overall health.

Delsy values collaborating with other health professionals in the DFW area and believes in taking a holistic approach to making a wellness action plan because she knows that health, fitness and wellness is a lifelong journey.

Taylor, Lead Session Coach

Taylor is a dedicated Session Coach who is currently pursuing her degree in nursing.  With a strong background in fitness and a desire to help others, she has decided to combine her love for fitness with her passion for healthcare.  Taylor is known for her empathy and ability to motivate members to meet their goals.

As a certified OsteoStrong Session Coach and with her skills and experience in fitness, Taylor has a solid understanding of anatomy and physiology, exercise science and injury prevention.  She enjoys challenging members in new ways while ensuring safe and effective osteogenic loading sessions.  Taylor is highly committed to the success of every member who walks through our doors, brings a bit of sunshine to everyone she comes across, and is a highly valued member of the OsteoStrong Midtown Dallas Team!

Mary, Session Coach

Mary believes that building and maintaining strong bones is essential for a healthy and active lifestyle. She understands the unique challenges that individuals face when it comes to bone health and is dedicated to providing personalized support to each member.

With her bubbly personality and humorous approach, Mary creates a motivating environment for members. She believes in the power of education and empowers members with the knowledge and tools they need to improve their bone density, strength, balance, and expand their experience of the health modalities within their programs.

Jerilyn, Session Coach

Jerilyn believes that everyone has the ability to live a healthy and fulfilling life.  With her positive and enthusiastic personality, she emphasizes the importance of self-care, and finding balance in all areas of life.  Jerilyn’s expertise extends beyond her OsteoStrong certification.  With a background in education, counseling and other professional ventures, she specializes in health modalities like Avacen (microcirculation), BrainTap and more.

Jerilyn encourages members to embrace a positive mindset, make sustainable lifestyle changes, and prioritize their well-being. Her ultimate goal is to assist individuals in unlocking their full potential and living their best lives.

Alex, Session Coach

Alex believes in empowering members to take charge of their own health and well-being.  He takes the time to listen and understand member’s challenges and objectives, and then collaboratively develops a tailored plan to help them achieve their goals.  He provides ongoing support, guidance, and motivation to ensure members stay on track and make lasting lifestyle changes.

As a longtime, experienced OsteoStrong Session Coach, Alex has helped countless members transform their lives and achieve remarkable results.  He has successfully guided members in achieving new strength records on our Spectrum system.  Alex’s warm and compassionate nature, combined with his extensive knowledge and expertise, has made him a well-known favorite in the OsteoStrong community.

Toni, Session Coach

Toni has a background in sports, having played collegiate basketball at a competitive level, and earning her degree in Health Science. She has been a personal trainer for 4 years and has guided many members and clients through their wellness journey.

Toni’s purpose is found within her passion for developing overall wellness for all clients. With her OsteoStrong certification and unique training skills, she is committed to helping members meet their musculoskeletal strength goals and and inspiring them to become a stronger version of themselves!

Yusouf, Session Coach

Yusouf has earned a degree in Kinesiology, specializing in Exercise Science.  He possesses a deep enthusiasm for fitness and sports, particularly basketball and volleyball.

His interest in bone health, fitness, sports and longevity is evident in his commitment to helping members increase their athletic strength, speed, agility and performance, and enhance their health.

Yusouf is driven by a strong desire to assist members achieve their goals and build self-confidence during their weekly sessions at OsteoStrong Midtown Dallas!
