David Fox
With over three decades of experience in business, David has built a career rooted in leadership, human resources, and operational excellence. A proud U.S. Navy veteran, David brings discipline and integrity to every endeavor, whether guiding teams or building enterprises.
David earned his master’s degree in Health Science Education from the University of Florida, reflecting his lifelong commitment to wellness and personal development. Throughout his career, he has dedicated himself to teaching others and empowering them to improve their quality of life through meaningful lifestyle changes.
In addition to his work in corporate leadership, David is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a founding partner of a commercial development company, blending strategic insight with entrepreneurial spirit. David continues to invest his time and energy into helping others thrive—professionally, personally, and holistically.
Sonia Fox
A seasoned Real Estate Broker with over 30 years of experience, Sonia Fox is the CEO of a property management company with a legacy spanning 47 years. Holding a degree in Business Management, she is a third-generation developer with deep expertise in interior design, site planning, maintenance, leasing, and corporate property operations.
Sonia’s multifaceted career includes leadership in accounting and reporting, apartment marketing for both multi-family and student housing, and hands-on property inspections. Her passion for real estate is matched by her love for preparing great meals, traveling, family and giving back through volunteer work.
David and Sonia have lived in Gainesville, Florida for over 30 years, where they’ve raised two accomplished daughters.
