Kelsey helps our members develop a wellness plan, understand the science behind OsteoStrong, and become a member of the OsteoStrong family. She focuses on expanding our network of healthcare providers, marketing, and can be found at both Spring Branch and River Oaks locations. Kelsey has a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University, and loves The Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Luisandrea is a certified nutritionist from Guatemala. During your weekly sessions, you will work with Luisandrea and her radiant energy in order to achieve your goals, get stronger, and change your life with OsteoStrong.

Jenny is our part-time session coach at OsteoStrong Spring Branch. Jenny will also be coaching your sessions, setting your appointments, and supporting all members. Jenny loves HIIT work outs, cycling, and traveling with her husband and two sons.

J.C is our newest session coach at OsteoStrong Spring Branch. J.C has a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from University of Texas at Austin. He is a personal trainer, martial artist, and will be hosting group fitness classes at OsteoStrong Houston.
Join us on Saturday, March 23rd and April 20th at 2 pm for a chair pilates class. This will focus a lot on the upper body, and is designed for participants who have issues being on the floor. Immediately following it, at 2:35 PM, we will have a mat / floor pilates class. This one is focused on the entire body, core muscles, flexibility, and balance.
