Ellen Allam
Ellen Allam is the Managing Owner of the McKinney-Stonebridge OsteoStrong location. She is a military veteran and has an MBA and a BS in Business Administration-Marketing. She held various corporate manufacturing, sales and marketing positions for a Fortune 50 consumer products company before taking a hiatus from the workforce to raise her family and care for an aging parent with a chronic medical condition.
During this time away from the workforce she developed a strong interest in health and wellness to the point where she knew she wanted to transition into a career in the wellness sector upon the completion of her care-taking duties. When she was diagnosed with osteopenia/osteoporosis she found OsteoStrong. She had been a member for two years and was so happy with the results she decided to open her own OsteoStrong with her husband and partner of over 25 years, Ed. He has an MBA and BS in Electrical Engineering. He has held various IT positions for Fortune 20 financial services and telecommunications companies.
They are looking forward to serving their community by helping people maintain their quality of life as they age.
