ABOUT OSTEOSTRONG CARROLLTON
OsteoStrong is a unique place where you can go to improve your overall health by focusing on the one thing we all have in common: a skeletal system. At the OsteoStrong Carrollton Center, we will work with you to help you experience a positive change to your skeletal system you will see and feel as you improve your bone density, muscular strength, balance, and overall health.

DEB McFARLAND
Deb McFarland is the owner of OsteoStrong of Carrollton, and a long time resident in neighboring Lewisville. She is a certified American Bone Health Peer Educator who graduated from Florida State University with a BS in Business Management. Deb worked in the accounting field for the past 17 years as Controller and Human Resources Director for a telecom software company. Approaching a milestone birthday last year, she decided it was time to reinvent herself, shifting her focus to her true passion – health, wellness, and helping others. She learned of the incredible strides OsteoStrong is making in the area of musculoskeletal strengthening and was captivated. Deb opened North Texas’ first OsteoStrong location in January 2017.
NICOLE KHAN
Nicole has a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics and is currently pursuing her MS in Health Science, with a nutrition emphasis. When she’s not studying, teaching or advising, Kim coaches our members at OsteoStrong. Nicole’s goal is to create a positive and exciting experience for everyone while helping them achieve their personal health goals both nutritionally and physically.
KIM PICCOLO
Kim is new to OsteoStrong. She loves meeting members and assisting them in their goal of strong bones, strength and balance. Kim enjoys fitness and loved running each morning until her knees become unhappy with that particular activity! Weight training and walking her two golden retrievers now her go-to activities for staying strong and fit. In addition to coaching OsteoStrong sessions, Kim is also a preschool teacher.
ROBYN YOUNG
Robyn joined OsteoStrong as a member before becoming a session coach. In her youth, Robyn was a multiple World Champion Artistic Pairs roller skater. Years of jumps, spins & landing from height took a toll on her knees, however. OsteoStrong sessions have stabilized Robyn’s knees, and she can now take stairs without pain! Robyn is also a professional roller skating coach, boasting one of the largest skating clubs in the country.
